Anti Counterfeiting Statement

InvenTel.TV LLC ("Inventel") has no tolerance for counterfeiting.  Counterfeit items may look similar to our authentic products, but they are not, and they do not adhere to Inventel’s rigorous standards.  Counterfeit goods damage Inventel, and they damage our customers.  Therefore, we aggressively pursue counterfeiters that manufacture and sell counterfeit products. 

We will continue to take steps to protect our consumers whom we advise to be careful when purchasing Inventel products and to be on the lookout for signs of potential counterfeits such as spelling errors on the packaging, improper use of product names, low-quality packaging, unusually low prices, and any other suspicious details. Also, please be aware that Inventel does not ship orders from China; if you receive any products that have been shipped directly from China, they are probably counterfeit.

We strongly recommend that consumers protect themselves by purchasing Inventel products only from Inventel’s websites, from our “1-800” call centers, from our online stores and platforms such as Amazon®, and from any of the many retailers that carry our products including but not limited to Walmart®, Bed Bath & Beyond®, The Home Depot®, and more.
